Solder and Mechanical Assembler

Adecco is assisting a local Wayne County client grow their team of electronic and mechanical assemblers.


This position is temp-to hire Monday - Friday 7am-3:
30pm. If you have experience with Electronic and or Mechanical assembly This may be the job for you. Pay is starting $18+.


Position
Summary:

Candidate must have several years of general mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.
Candidate must have the ability to interpret and read electro/mechanical assembly drawings & wire lists.
Skills should also include working with all types of small hand tools and some power tools, drill presses, etc
IPC-J-STD-001/IPC-A610 is preferred.
Required
Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or GED, three to six months related experience and/or training
  • IPC J-STD-001 Requirements for Soldered Electrical and Electronic Assemblies
  • Desired certifications in IPC J-STD-001, IPC - A-610, IPC-7711-7721

Preferred Additional Skills:


  • The candidate should demonstrate good basic soft skills including effective communication, critical thinking, punctuality, strong work ethic, and a positive attitude.

Physical Activity Requirements:


  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to stand, walk, sit, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
  • Weight Requirements:
    Must be able to lift up to 25lbs

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
